Energy storage systems are currently gaining an increasingly important role. Firstly, due to the increasing demand for energy, but also due to the instability of the energy grid. KSTAR is one of the world's leading manufacturers of energy management products and offers efficient and reliable solutions.
Our company is the official distributor of KSTAR for the Czech and Slovak Republics. We provide our clients with technical support, training at our headquarters in Znojmo or online. At the same time we have a training facility where you can try everything out.
KSTAR KAC50DP-BC100DE KSTAR KAC50DP-BC100DE cabinet as the first of its category has successfully passed demanding certification tests according to PPDS conditions in accredited laboratories of Brno University of Technology and will soon have a certificate.
It is the first certified inverter in the A2 category in the Czech Republic that will be able to be connected to the grid and that also complies with the subsidies.

The implementation of EMS01D allows KSTAR battery storage systems enhanced control options and more efficient power management, leading to cost optimization.
North Macedonia case study A state-of-the-art photovoltaic installation was commissioned near Skopje Airport to support the energy needs of a modern cold storage facility that stores wholesale quantities of food products.
In order to optimize the coverage of the energy needs, a 737 kWp PV installation was implemented with KSTAR KAC50DP hybrid inverters providing a total output of 700 kW and operating in parallel in 14 units.
Each inverter manages a dedicated energy storage unit with a capacity of 100 kWh, resulting in a total storage capacity of 1.4 MWh. This design allows maximum use of renewable energy and ensures energy stability of the cooling plant, even during peak demand periods when electricity prices are highest.
Optimising energy consumption and preventing losses KSTAR's energy storage system not only compensates for evening energy consumption, but also allows the surplus energy generated by the PV modules to be managed efficiently. This prevents the sale of surplus energy at unfavourable prices, thereby increasing the overall profitability of the installation.
To further optimize the system performance, an intelligent energy management system is being introduced that analyzes electricity market prices in real time. This system will allow for the storage of energy produced from solar radiation and also the purchase of electricity during periods of low prices, which can later be used for internal consumption or resold at higher market values.
Benefits of the introduction of KSTAR technology The use of KSTAR hybrid inverters has enabled the cold store to meet up to 50% of its energy needs exclusively through renewable energy sources.
By intelligently managing the energy that would otherwise be fed back into the grid, this investment ensures a short payback period and long-term savings.
